NEW INDUSTRIAL PARK UNDER CONSTRUCTION
400-Acre Industrial Park Will Provide Needed Jobs For Richburg & Great Falls Communities

CHESTER, SC - The SC Highway 99 Industrial Park is located between the Town of Richburg and the Town of Great Falls. The park covers approximately 400 acres of land and is easily accessed by Interstate 77 via SC Highway 99.

Chester Metropolitan District operates and maintains a 16-inch water main along SC Highway 99 to the site. Wastewater service is provided by the Town of Great Falls.

Electrical Service will be provided by Duke Energy through available lines along SC Highway 99.

Natural Gas is provided to the park by Chester County Natural Gas Authority (CCNGA) via an existing 4-inch PVC gas line along SC Highway 99.

Telecommunication service is provided by the Chester Telephone Company. Telecommunication and fiber optic lines are located along SC Highway 99.
