Membership Criteria: Board shall consist of 7 members with majority being selected from the hospitality industry with at least 2 being from the lodging industry. One member shall represent the cultural organizations. Members shall represent the geographic area where the majority of the revenue is received. (S.C. Code 6-4-25).
