Membership Criteria: Membership shall consist of the County Treasurer, County Auditor and Clerk of Court. The Chairman of County Council may also serve on the Commission when officially designated to do so by the county legislative delegation; and in such case he shall have equal authority with other members and shall serve without compensation.
